Ashley is a beautiful 26 year-old woman from Birmingham, Alabama who I had the honor of meeting last week. We only got to talk for about 20 minutes but I left the interview really challenged by her perception on life and the authentic joy that she displayed.
Ashley Moulin and her best friend Ebony Washington have a blog, Friends on Wheelz where they hope to inspire other’s who have a disability to pursue their dreams and not allow anything to hold them back.
In this episode I hope you are challenged to step up like these young women have and use your voice and your story to empower others.
In this episode:
- Find out why Ashley says that she is proud to have Cerebral Palsy
- Why we shouldn’t avoid uncomfortable situations
- What Ashley believes is the key to stepping out and using your voice

“This blog is dedicated to spreading awareness about Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities. Not only will we discuss our experiences, but we will also cover other topics as well. Most importantly this blog is to inspire others and let them know that anything is possible. Starting is half the battle.” (Excerpt from friendsonwheelz)
