Carolene’s expertise lies in the transformation of in-person experiences. Her unique skill set stems from 10 years on tour with Cirque du Soleil where she led over 50 front of house experience teams in 17 different countries around the world. She specialised in running VIP experiences with the company and also led events and experience teams in the cruise, hospitality and retail industries.
Now as an Experience Strategist, she works with leaders and business owners globally to create more impactful and meaningful experiences for their teams, communities and customers. She is also the founder of Brands of the Med - a community of small business owners in the beautiful Mediterranean.
