In this workshop, we will look at the journey of your members - from when they first hear about your community, to when they join, thrive and then when they eventually transition out. We will use journey mapping to identify all of the touchpoints they interact with throughout.
You will leave the workshop with a deeper understanding of the impact you want to create in your community and how to get there.
You will have identified all the touch points of your member within your community and will be able to easily identify areas of your community that can be approved upon to create a better member experience.
